Access to requisitions, orders, and service entries
The permission settings can be used to define whether a user can only access his transactions (requisitions, orders, and service entries) or all of them.
Access to requisitions
In order for a user to be able to call up all requisitions, the following authorization is required:
Permission to view all requisitions
If the user does not have this right, he only sees the requisitions for which he is the creator or processor of the requisition or representative of the creator or processor:
User assigned to a requisition
Access to orders and service entries
In order for a user to be able to access all orders and all service entries, the following authorization is required:
Permission to view all orders and service entries
If the user does not have this right, he will only see the orders or entries for which he is the approver or the representative of the approver.
