In the contracts, you can also see the so far called quantity of the services. This information gives you an overview of which services are used particularly intensively by the supplier, and which are less.
Open any Contract and switch to the Items list tab.
As soon as a service entry is released, the retrieved quantity in the Contract is increased by the released quantity. If a release fails, i.e., the posting in SAP is not successful, the quantity retrieved does not change.
