Export authorization concept

You can export the stored authorization concept from FUTURA Engineering as an Excel file. The Excel file displays the permissions set in FUTURA Engineering for each role. In the left area of the Excel table, all authorization groups as well as the individual authorizations including the description are displayed. In the right pane of the Excel table, the individual roles are then specified as columns. Depending on the existing rights setting, an "x" for the respective right is then displayed for each column.

To create the Excel file, click on the outer Excel button in the button bar.
