A service entry can be in one of the following status:

in progress |
The service entry has been created by the supplier but has not yet been transmitted to you. |

Under verification |
The service entry has already been sent to you for verification. |
|
Declined |
The service entry was rejected. In this case, the entry with the corrected quantities is returned to the supplier. The latter can revise the checked entry and resubmit it. |
|
released |
The service entry has been released. |
|
Released (deviation) |
The service entry was released with different quantities. |
