If the item list is available in Excel, you can also import it into FUTURA Engineering. For the import to be successful, the structure must conform to a defined scheme.
The following columns must be present in the Excel file or are then taken into account during the import:

We are happy to provide you with a corresponding Excel template for the import!
Note:
Units of measure used in the item list must be maintained in FUTURA Engineering and mapped with a corresponding SAP unit. Otherwise, the import is cancelled.
To import an Excel file, proceed as follows:

In the tree, select the position (red folder). Attention: The position must not contain any elements!

Click the Import/Export button > Import from Excel

Select the file in your Windows environment and start the import.

After successful import, the item list is displayed under the red folder.
