If the organizational unit corresponds to a separate purchaser and thus a separate business area, we also recommend ticking the option "Use organizational unit as initiator".
If this option is activated, you can maintain the purchaser address for each organizational unit. Proceed as follows:

Select the option "Use organizational unit as purchaser"

Save your change with the Save button.

Double-click to open the details of an organizational unit.

Here you can now maintain the address.
In the Order, the address of the customer is taken from the assigned organizational unit:
