Organizational units
This function must be set up by FUTURA Solutions. Talk to your administrator and contact us as needed.
For the organization of individual areas of your company (e.g., business units, branches or subsidiaries, department for structuring), you can also assign organizational units to the users.
If you use the function in FUTURA Engineering, this has the following effects:
New requisitions, requests, and orders are assigned to an organizational unit when they are created.
Each user can be assigned to any number of organizational units.
The assignment determines the visibility of the transaction, a user only sees the transaction of organizational units that are assigned to him.
