Order by LOT

If you use an items list with LOTS, you can trigger individual Orders (one Order per LOT) from the requisition. The divided Orders receive the individual LOTS as an items list and can be ordered to separate suppliers.

After you have imported the items list with LOTS or created it as required, you can select in the "Item" selection window between the individual LOTS, which each represent separate Order items. The assignment of the SAP integration and selection of the supplier etc. are then displayed below and are carried out separately from each other. The entire items list with all LOTS is always displayed in full in the lower area. If you use the items lists from the available transaction (e.g., from contracts) to create the items list, the system asks you to which LOT you want to add service lines.
