Permissions for the master service | FUTURA Engineering

The following permissions are available for the master item list:

Permission	Description
Master item list panel
Read	Users with this right can read the master item list, the menu item Administration > services/Material > master item list is displayed
Change	Users with this right can change the master item list . This includes. folders, changing service lines folders, adding service lines folders, deleting service lines item lists Import (Excel, GAEB)
Generate service number	Users with this right can have the service numbers generated for an item list using a number generator. → see page Generate and import service numbers
Send service master to SAP	Users with this right can transfer individual service lines to SAP. The transferred service lines are created in SAP as service master records.
