Status of a request / Send reminders to suppliers
The request transaction has a life cycle. It can have the following status:
The possible statuses of a request in detail:
Status | Description |
In preparation | The request has been created, but not yet activated and thus transmitted to the suppliers. It is possible to delete the request. |
Running | The request has been activated and is therefore available to the supplier. |
Finished | The deadline for submission of the request has been reached. The request will still be displayed to the supplier but cannot be processed. It is not possible to submit a quotation. |
Completed | There is an order for this request. In this status, the request and its quotations can no longer be changed: |
Cancelled | The request has already been started (à status "ongoing"). In this case, the deletion of the request is no longer possible, the request will be cancelled. The request is displayed as "cancelled" and cannot be processed. It is not possible to submit a quotation. |
