Cockpit – the homepage of FUTURA Engineering
The home page gives you a complete overview of your available transactions. Here you can see at a glance how many orders are in progress, whether service entries need to be checked, if requests are in the status "running", etc.
Click on one of the desired transactions. These are listed in a table. Alternatively, you can click on the "Transactions" menu on the left and then select the desired list.

The total counts displayed on the dashboard do not necessarily correspond to the number shown in the respective table. Depending on the permissions of your role, you may only be shown in the table transactions to which you are assigned either as the processor, as a contact person or as the approver for service entry sheets. If necessary, your company account also works with separate organizational units. In this case, you will only have access to transactions whose affiliation corresponds to an organizational unit assigned to your account.
The gear icon allows you to customize your viewing options on the dashboard by displaying either your own or all issues in the overview.
My transactions are those that you create yourself or that have been assigned to you as an editor.
All transactions are only displayed if you have the appropriate permission ("All visible") in your role.
In addition, you can specify the number of tasks to be displayed.
Under the "News section", we will inform you about all important activities related to FUTURA Engineering, such as new updates, functions, documents provided, maintenance work, etc.
