Quotation list as PDF file
For the evaluation of the quotations, you can export a quotation list of all submitted quotations as a PDF report. The quotation list contains a summary of the request information, an overview of requested suppliers, reasons for rejections and submitted quotations. You will also be provided with this option when placing an order.
To do this, switch to the "Quotations" tab. Click on the "Export" button and select "List of quotations in format *.pdf". Your browser will then ask you if you want to open or save the file. Possibly, you have set the download automatically, so that you can usually find the file in the "Downloads" folder of your desktop environment.
