Release with deviation in the case of a partial recording / intermediate measurement

If you perform a release with a deviation, the service entry with the checked quantities is transmitted to SAP and created there. The service lines that have different values (‘Quantity verified’ not equal to ‘Quantity unverified’) are highlighted.

The supplier is informed in the release system e-mail that the verified and the unverified value are unequal for at least one recorded service line.

In the entry lists and on the tabs "Log" and "service entry", the release of the partial entry is logged, with the note that there were deviations.
