When preparing a quotation, the supplier is informed of the separation of technical and commercial documents when uploading the quotation files. He is required to select the option before uploading. He can upload multiple files for both options at the same time.
The supplier is notified in the overview of his quotation attachments whether the files contain price information. No check mark = technical quotation file.
