Suspending release of service entry

The release withdrawal of a service entry is possible if this function is set for your organizational unit and your assigned role(s) has the appropriate authorization. In the event of a release withdrawal of a service entry, it again receives the status "Under verification" and can be processed as usual by the assigned approver. Please note that the release withdrawal has no effect on the sheet (service entry sheet / service entry sheet) in SAP. The cancellation in SAP must first be checked and carried out manually. The renewed release of the service entry creates a new sheet in SAP.

It is also possible to withdraw the release of a service entry that was marked by the supplier with the final entry indicator and thus set the order to the status "Completed". If a final entry is revoked, the order is reopened (status "in progress"). The service entry receives the status "Under verification" and can also be processed here again as usual by the approver.
