Release of version 5.4

From this version onwards, a new license "Evaluation" is available.

With the request evaluation, you can have your existing requests evaluated over a selected period of time. In addition, other filter criteria, such as request types, can be used. You can then generate an Excel report file.

With the supplier evaluation, you can evaluate selected suppliers individually. This allows you to create statistics about individual companies and their participation activities. This report is particularly helpful for negotiations.

A separate license is required for this new function. If you would like to use this or get a presentation to it, please let us know via your administrator.

The early quotation opening option in RFQs is now also available for the Cost Estimate request type.

The setting for the maximum upload limit per file has been removed from the settings menu and is now managed by FUTURA. If you need any changes, please feel free to contact us.

With this release, there are functional changes that affect the handling and management of attachments that are uploaded to FUTURA. As of now, you have set an maximum limit of attachments size per transaction set by FUTURA. The total size of 100 MB is set as the starting value.

In the course of coming year 2025, a premium plant management will be available so that you can also exchange very large attachments with your suppliers, which can significantly exceed the above-mentioned maximum size.

In the "Quotations" tab, you can now also create your own preferred view and save it as a layout for next sessions.
